At Antaaj, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges 

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. 

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. 

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration. 

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

How to Return or Exchange 

  • Contact our customer support team at +923044123509 within 7 days of receiving your order. 

  • Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange. 

  • Ship the product back to us in its original packaging. 

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange. 

Refunds 

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or to the original payment method, depending on your preference. 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Unboxing the order. If seal (tape) opening is not Shown in the video, NO CLAIM such as DAMAGED or MISSING PRODUCT will be accepted.
